- Conflict of Interest: Disclose any potential conflicts of interest (e.g., personal, financial, or professional relationships with the authors) before agreeing to review. If such conflicts exist, you should recuse yourself from the review process.
- Constructive Feedback: Offer clear and constructive feedback to help authors improve their work. Address both strengths and weaknesses in a respectful manner.
- Ethical Considerations: Report any ethical concerns, such as plagiarism, data fabrication, or issues with human or animal research subjects. Your vigilance helps uphold the integrity of the scientific process.
Review Guidelines:
When reviewing a manuscript, please consider the following criteria:
- Originality: Does the manuscript present new and significant findings? Is the research innovative and relevant to the journal’s scope?
- Methodological Soundness: Are the methods clearly described and appropriate for the research questions? Are the statistical analyses valid?
- Significance: Does the research make a meaningful contribution to the field? Is it likely to have an impact on future research or practice?
- Clarity and Organization: Is the manuscript well-structured and clearly written? Are the figures, tables, and references used effectively?
- Conclusions: Are the conclusions supported by the data and analysis? Are there alternative explanations that should be considered?
Review Process:
- You will receive an invitation to review a manuscript via email, including an abstract and deadline for submission of your review.
- If you agree to review, you will be granted access to the full manuscript and guidelines on how to complete your review in our online system.
- After submitting your review, the editorial team will consider your comments, along with those of other reviewers, to make a final decision on the manuscript.
